Cancellation Policy
We at EarlyBird Shuttles understand that certain unforeseen events may occur or changes in your scheduling may require you to either cancel or reschedule your reservation with us. Should you have to cancel your prepaid reservation with us, please allow us a minimum of 24 hours prior notice before your pick-up time and we will give you a full refund, minus an applicable fifteen dollars cancellation fee for all fares under $100.00- per shuttle booking; 25% cancellation fee for all fares $100.00 and up- per shuttle booking.
 
Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle pick-up time and/or you are rendered a "no show" at your scheduled pick up time, refunds will not be administered.
 
Should you be scheduled for a shuttle pickup and your flight unexpectedly cancels, you may re-schedule for a new shuttle pickup date without any additional charge and without you having to cancel your shuttle reservation; so as long as it is more than four hours prior to your scheduled shuttle pickup time.

If your flight unexpectedly cancels within four hours of your scheduled shuttle pickup time, no refunds will be administered. Should you choose to cancel your shuttle reservation altogether, then our standard cancellation policy will take precedence.
 
All scheduled shuttle pickups are time sensitive. Upon pick up of traveling passenger(s) by driver from traveler(s) residence, hotel, or place of business, please allow your assigned driver the courtesy of all parties traveling with you to be ready upon the driver's arrival to your pickup location.
  
Any wait times beyond the reserved client's scheduled shuttle pickup time and/or by any one of the travelers within the reserved client's party may cause the reserved client's shuttle pickup to be either administratively canceled and rendered as a "no-show" and/or there may be an applicable late charge assessment fee(s); provided that we could still accommodate the shuttle pickup.

The applicable late charge assessment fee(s) shall be at a rate of $65 per hour. We at EarlyBird Shuttles will do everything possible, based on the information provided by the traveling passenger through the online reservation form, to contact the passenger before he/she is assessed the applicable late charge fee(s) and/or is subject to their shuttle pickup being administratively canceled. 

Should you book a reservation for a pickup from one of our service airports or cruise terminals and you experience any flight delays or cancellations that may alter your pickup time, please contact us as soon as that information becomes available to you so that we may reschedule your pickup to a different time.

All airport and cruise terminal arrival shuttle pick up times are subjective based on the plane and/or cruise ship's arrival time; with respect to the prearranged shuttle pick up time. "No show" policy for airport and/or cruise terminal arrivals are based on shuttle reservation passenger(s) not contacting EarlyBird Shuttles of any rearrangements to his/her arrival and shuttle pick up time; whereby the shuttle pick up time is grossly altered and the driver was waiting for the reserved shuttle passenger(s) at the prescheduled pick up time.
